Both editions use identical clause numbering, so clause 17.3 is the limitation of liability in each. In the supplier edition it caps liability at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months. In the customer edition it caps at the greater of R1 000 000 and those fees. Same number, opposite answer to the question of who carries the loss when something fails.

Put the two previews side by side and you can see exactly what the other side of your next negotiation is going to ask for, whichever side of the table you are sitting on. That is worth something even if you never buy either pack.
