Collaboration Agreement

You found a partner to deliver a project, split some work, or send each other clients. Brilliant. Now put it in writing before the money lands and the "who agreed to what" arguments start.

This is a Collaboration Agreement for two independent South African businesses working together or referring work to each other. It sets out who does what, who gets paid what, who owns what, and what happens if it ends — in plain language a non-lawyer can actually fill in.
