Mzuzukile Soni is a South African legal expert and entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in deal negotiation, commercial, employment, and IP law. He is the founder of BrownSense Group, managing a 224,000-strong entrepreneurial community, co-founder of The People's Fund crowdfunding platform, and founder of The StartUp Legal consultancy. His expertise spans community building, bootstrapping, contract negotiation, SMME funding solutions, and startup legal challenges, with a particular focus on advancing Black-owned enterprises across Africa through innovative funding mechanisms and accessible legal services.
